Walter Kingera

Walter is responsible for the overall satisfaction of Green Ridge Village residents, from quality of care and innovations in services to resident rights and effective staffing and fiscal stability. He ensures day-to-day operations are aligned with the established policies and procedures of Presbyterian Senior Living, and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. He is the primary liaison with Presbyterian Senior Living Corporate Staff and the Board, as well as Green Ridge Village’s Resident Association.

Kelly manages local advertising, inquiries, tours and the move-in process for Green Ridge Village Independent Living services. She promotes Green Ridge Village at a variety of off-site and in-house events that bring prospective residents to our community.

Serenity Hoch

Serenity manages the admissions from our community and surrounding areas into our Personal Care residence and Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.  Working directly with area hospitals, doctors’ offices and other aging service providers, Serenity builds relationships and partnerships for Green Ridge Village to provide unsurpassed clinical care and personal services to our residents. 

Renea Kreamer

Renea is responsible for the operations and delivery of care for our Personal Care services. She is responsible for the Personal Care clinical team, and assists residents’ transitions through the different levels of our care. She promotes resident’s choice and assists in meeting each resident’s physical, psychological, social, financial and spiritual needs.

Bev is responsible for delivery of care to the residents served in our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. In addition, she is responsible for managing all professional staff on the skilled nursing and memory support units.

Cindy Hartman

Cindy ensures day-to-day operations are aligned with the established policies and procedures of Presbyterian Senior Living, and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. She oversees the Skilled Nursing clinical team, as well as Maintenance and Dietary departments. Cindy also manages the fiscal budget for the Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and is a licensed nursing home administrator.
